Are you ready to make a difference in affordable housing? We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Whether you’re an experienced builder or eager to learn, we have positions available for all skill levels.

Join us in crafting high-quality, sustainable tiny homes.

Perform various construction tasks finish carpentry and general carpentry to meet project specifications.
Prepare the construction site daily, organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
Install structural components such as windows, doors, molding, and cabinets, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and building plans to ensure precise work.
Operate power tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
Assist in MEP installations, including basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Dispose of hazardous materials and debris according to local regulations.
Aid other team members if your duties are completed ahead of schedule.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.

Experience in the construction industry or related field is preferred, but we welcome individuals eager to learn.
Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, hammers, and saws.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, with basic understanding of MEP systems.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team environment.
Commitment to wearing protective safety gear and complying with safety regulations.
Physical stamina, ability to perform repetitive actions, and strength to perform manual labor, including the ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Typical work hours are 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no night shifts.
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.
Year-round work ensuring job stability regardless of seasonal conditions.
