At Beechwood Tiny Homes, we believe in transparency, especially when it comes to the cost and payment structure of building your dream tiny home. To make the process as smooth as possible, we’ve broken it down into simple, easy-to-follow steps that ensure you know what to expect at every stage.

Our payment structure is designed with flexibility in mind. Whether you’re paying cash or securing financing, this breakdown ensures that you’re only paying for work that has been completed. Design Payment
- Amount: $300, due before design work begins. This fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total build cost if you proceed with us.
- Deliverables: Basic plans excluding electrical and plumbing details unless you commit to building with us.
Trailer Payment
- Timing: Due when the size of the tiny home is finalized (4-6 weeks lead time on trailers).
- Depends on: The design and size of the home agreed upon during the design phase.
Progress Payments

- First Payment: 33% of the build cost (excluding trailer and design payments), due upon trailer receipt or as specified in the contract.
- Second Payment: Due after the home is dried-in (framing, roofing completed, and windows and doors installed or imminent).
- Final Payment: Due before delivery of the tiny home, following your final walkthrough and approval.
